See how Sanji Company is "one step ahead"

The 3G wave has just swept over, and Sanji Machinery Co., Ltd. in Linhu Town, Wuzhong District, has already scheduled orders for die-casting machines used to produce 3G network filter boxes for next year. Not only that, the 3G cake has not really started to split yet, and the company is already thinking about 4G. Being one step ahead has become the winning weapon for companies to seize the market and fight against economic crises.
In the production workshop of Sanji Machinery Co., Ltd., the employees are working tirelessly, showing no signs of being affected by the economic crisis. According to Xu Shanxin, the company's main orders currently include two die-casting machines, one for producing automotive engine cylinder blocks and the other for producing filter boxes for 3G networks. At present, these two products are in high demand from domestic manufacturers, so orders have been placed one after another and are scheduled for next year.
Speaking of the die-casting machines produced by the company, Xu Shanxin appears very confident. He cited 3G as an example and said that Sweden's Endetek company, the world's largest manufacturer of communication equipment, originally imported die-casting machines directly from Switzerland when they were produced in China. The reason was that the quality of domestic die-casting machines was not up to standard, and the products produced had more air holes. The die-casting machine is a "behemoth", with large die-casting machines weighing over 100 tons. If transported by air, the shipping cost alone would be several million. However, the same type of die-casting machines produced by Sanji are not inferior in performance to Swiss imported die-casting machines, and their selling price is almost less than the shipping cost of imported die-casting machines. So, with the arrival of the 3G wave, the related products of Sanji immediately became the "fragrant bread" that everyone wanted.
Some colleagues envy us for catching up with the good times and seizing the two big cakes of the automotive industry and 3G, "Xu Shanxin said. In fact, they don't know that if we can get a share of the cake, Sanji has already" prepared the knife and fork "several years in advance. Taking 3G as an example, as early as three years ago, the company began to develop targeted die-casting machines, and at that time, there was no consensus on when 3G would arrive. And the targeted research and development of Sanji also seems to have a bit of a sense of 'enduring hardships and tasting gall'. Sure enough, three years later today, the 3G gold mine has attracted everyone to come and mine. At this point, Sanji had already seized a piece of feng shui treasure land and leisurely started selling "gold mining tools". Similarly, the die-casting machines used by Sanji for producing automotive engine cylinder blocks began targeted research and development six or seven years ago, which is one step ahead of similar domestic enterprises.
Although there was no time to fulfill the 3G orders, Xu Shanxin said that Sanji has now started collaborating with a company in the United States to conduct research and development related to 4G networks. Xu Shanxin believes that if we only sit back and enjoy the 3G cake without preparing in advance, it will be difficult for the company to catch up when 4G arrives. In addition, there are currently few projects in China that are interested in, such as large-scale extruders and "unmanned factories". Sanji has also cooperated with well-known domestic universities such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Harbin Institute of Technology for research and development. In the view of Sanji, being one step ahead in everything is the magic weapon for the company to maintain competitiveness.
