Our company's independently developed "DC4000C Precision Horizontal Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine" has been approved for the National Key New Product Program. This is the second product to receive approval for this project, following the national key new product technology approval for the SCH-350A horizontal squeeze casting machine.
   The DC4000C precision horizontal cold chamber die casting machine is a super large die casting machine with a locking force of 4000 tons. The product has the advantages of real-time control, stable performance, high degree of automation, and high operating efficiency. The comprehensive performance indicators of the product have reached the international advanced level. This product can meet the production needs of large aluminum magnesium alloy castings such as heavy-duty truck gearbox housings, heavy-duty truck clutch housings, and 2.4-liter or higher engine cylinder blocks for high-end cars. The product is an important equipment urgently needed and necessary for the development of important basic industries such as automobiles and communications in China. The successful development of the product is of great significance for breaking the monopoly of large-scale die-casting machines in foreign countries for a long time, achieving breakthroughs in key component production technology bottlenecks in industries such as automobiles, and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading in China.
