The front subframe is an important safety component in the automotive chassis system, serving as a crucial load-bearing part for supporting the axle and suspension bracket. This component has very high mechanical performance requirements and was originally mainly welded from steel parts. However, under the influence of automotive lightweighting, replacing steel with aluminum has become an inevitable trend. Sanji Company has been engaged in the research and development of squeeze casting equipment and processes for nearly 9 years, accumulating rich experience in the research and development of squeeze casting equipment, processes, and materials, and achieving numerous results. Based on its comprehensive advantages in extrusion casting, Sanji Company has taken the lead in applying this technology to the production of automotive front sub frames worldwide. After more than a year of research and development trial production, the product has entered small-scale supply. This part was unveiled at the 2015 China International Die Casting Industry Exhibition and received high praise from experts at the casting evaluation meeting of the 2015 China International Die Casting Industry Exhibition, where it was awarded the honor of "High Quality Die Casting Gold Award".
