Suzhou Sanji has designed a series of horizontal cold chamber die-casting machines for Europe and America in accordance with UL certification safety requirements in the United States. The products have been redesigned in terms of electrical control system, hydraulic oil circuit, mold clamping system, and machine base system. The template and elbow system of the mold clamping mechanism are all made of cast steel, greatly improving the overall rigidity of the die-casting machine. Among them, the 900t horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine was successfully sold to the US market in October 2016. The equipment uses AB control system and the US VTW real-time control system, integrates automatic equipment such as soup feeder, spray machine, picking robot and trimming machine, and forms an automatic die-casting island for automatic production of auto parts. The equipment is currently in the installation and debugging stage and will reach production in February 2017.
    In recent years, while continuously developing the domestic high-end market, Suzhou Sanji has also made great efforts to expand the international high-end market, gradually expanding from most of the original markets concentrated in developing countries to some developed countries in Europe and the United States. At present, the equipment has been sold to more than 10 countries, including the United States, Russia, India, Japan, Brazil, Pakistan, Indonesia, Türkiye, Hungary, Bulgaria, Egypt, and more than 100 sets. The successful sale of the die-casting equipment to the United States marks a clearer positioning of Sanji brand die-casting machines for the development of high-end markets at home and abroad, and a crucial step for the company to expand into the international high-end market and take the high-end market route in the next step.
   So far, we have received multiple sales orders for die-casting machines in the US market.
