The Hong Kong Foundry Association organized a member networking and technical exchange event on November 20th, with over 40 members participating in the event.
Firstly, the members visited the member company Yi'an Industrial Co., Ltd. Yi'an Company has a wide range of business scope, including aluminum, zinc, magnesium alloy die-casting, electric wood injection molding, hardware stamping, precision CNC machining and spraying, as well as factory equipment. The company's management is also very complete.
Mr. Lin Weihong, the general manager of Yi'an Company and a member of the general council, introduced the situation of Yi'an Company and shared his business practices with everyone. He said that in business, one should not be self isolated, and peers can have more communication, learn from each other, and improve together. He emphasized that Hong Kong's casting industry needs to be stronger overall.
Another important content of the event is the special lecture on "Technology and Prospects of Alloy Recycling" hosted by Mr. Chen Minqiang from the Hong Kong Productivity Council.
During the event, Mr. Wen Zhaowen, Chairman of Lifu Petroleum (China) Co., Ltd., another director of the association, talked about how to apply Sun Tzu's Art of War to business activities.
